Litha is the longest day of the year, the summer solstice, also known as midsummer and it falls on June 20th to June 23rd.
The main focus of Litha celebration is the sun.
Here are some Summer Solstice activities and ways you can celebrate Litha:
Start the day with a Sun Salutation or some morning yoga.
Charge some Sun Water.
Bake treats for the faeries.
Make Sun Tea.
Light red or gold candles.
Watch Midsummer’s Night Dream.
Have a picnic in the sunshine.
Make a flower crown.
Make honey mead.
Soak up some sun rays – be sure to wear sunblock.
Pick some wildflowers.
Make honey cakes
Leave an offering for the fae or simply touch up your fairy garden.
Make some lemonade.
